<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is submitted that the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under green category under the provisions of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the manufacturing of silencer 120 pc per day 450 Kgs/day by using raw material CRC sheet (1mm, 1.4mm, 2mm) @ 200 Kgs/day Pipe 250 Kgs/day alongwith requisite documents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The industry has deposited Rs. 83200/- vide R. No. 228698701 dated 16.03.2023 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 90100/- vide R. No. 605361857 dated 16.03.2023 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The total cost of the industry Rs. 160.18 lacs as on 31.03.2023 as per latest CA certificate submitted by the industry. The industry has submitted Udyog Aadhaar Registration Certificate as a proof of date of commissioning in which mentioned date of commencement 01.10.2017. Total fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31.12.2025 after deducting late fee / penalty and NOC regularization fee and giving benefit of VDS scheme issued by the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The industry has submitted a copy of allotment letter issued by Punjab Small Industries & Export Corporation Limited vide no. PSIEC/ESTATE/EO/2046 dated 28.04.2015 regarding transfer of Industrial Plot No. C-33, Focal Point, Chanalon measuring 1155.55 sq.yards in favour of 99 years lease hold basis for the manufacturing of Steel Fabrication to Sh. Tek Pal Singh S/o Sh. Pritam Singh & Smt. Kamaljeet Kaur W/o Sh. Tek Pal Singh.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">In view of above, may if approved, it is recommended that show cause notice alongwith opportunity to submit reply alongwith photographs within 10 days under the provisions of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be issued to the industry (as per draft attached please.).</span></p> |
