<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;">The industry is a large scale orange category unit and was earlier granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 upto 31.03.2023 for production of Cotton yarn/Polyester Cotton @ 115 Metric Tonnes/Day by using Cotton/Polyester Cotton @ 115 Metric Tonnes/Day as raw material. </span></p>
<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;">The industry has now applied for varied consents. The industry was visited officer of the Board on 02.02.2023 and no violation was observed under Air Act, 1981. The industry has installed 12 D.G. sets of capacity 1500 KVA & 08 DG sets of capacity 1250 KVA with canopies & adequate stack height. </span>As per report by Regional office, the industry has increased production @ 11 % from previously granted CTOs, no pollution load has increased with this. No additional polluting machinery has been installed and site is suitable for such type of non-polluting expansion.</p>
<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;">In view of above report by RO, if approved, consent to operate under Air act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.3.2026.</span></p>
