In view of facts mentioned by AEE in his note, the unit is not in operation and is complying with the code of practices framed for such type of units.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In view of facts mentioned by AEE in his note, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>for the period upto 30.09.2025 in consonance to the Water consent, subject to the suitable conditions and additional conditions as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">1. The Hot Mix Plant shall ensure that no air/noise pollution problem is caused in the area due to operation of the unit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">2. The Hot Mix Plant will comply with all the provisions under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p> |
