<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; color: #2b4973;">Kindly peruse the agenda note of AEE. In view of facts mentioned by AEE in his agenda note, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed for a short period i.e. upto 31.03.2024 due to non-installation of proposed STP and disposal of effluent till date, subject to the suitable conditions and additional conditions as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; color: #2b4973;">1. The power house shall install the STP of capacity 01 MLD for the treatment of domestic effluent generates from power house & colony as per proposal and feasibility submitted.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; color: #2b4973;">2. The power house shall apply for obtaining consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for its residential colony within 15 days.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; color: #2b4973;">3. The power house will not generate any trade effluent, except domestic effluent and shall ensure not to discharge its effluent anywhere else except STP Mojowal, Naya Nangal.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; color: #2b4973;">4. The power house will maintain record of the wastewater sent to the STP of capacity 8 MLD at Mojowal, Naya Nangal.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; color: #2b4973;">The power house shall apply for obtaining authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 for category 5.1 for the spent oil generated from the DG set and heavy machinery lubrication.</span></p> |
