<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">It is submitted that the unit was earlier granted consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/RPN/2016/4419116 dated 27/09/2016 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/RPN/2016/4419076 dated 27/09/2016, both were valid upto 30/06/2021 for operation of crushing, screening & washing of river bed material @ 4500 CFT/day subject to the suitable conditions mentioned therein in the name of Sh. Angrej Singh, Partner.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Now, the unit has applied for obtaining fresh 'consent to operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 in the name of Sh. Rakesh Kumar, Partner </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">(with change of proprietor ship documents i.e. Dissolution Deed)</span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> along with compliance of previous consent conditions granted to the unit, undertaking regarding code of practice and consent fee.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit has submitted the Dissolution Deed dated 11.03.2014, wherein, it has mentioned that Sh. Angrej Singh was retired from the partnership deed and Sh. Rakesh Kumar is the continuing partner of the unit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit has submitted the CA certificate dated 23.01.2023, wherein the value of fixed assets of the unit as on 31.03.2022 is of Rs. 56.70 Lakhs with the value of plant and machinery of Rs. 36.69 lakhs. As per the record file, the fee deposited by the unit under both the Acts was adequate upto 30.09.2024 as per circular dated 29.10.2018. Now, the unit has deposited additional fee amounting to Rs. 14,500/- vide UTR No. N023232299897580 dated 23.01.2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 14,500/- vide UTR No. N023232299911326 dated 23.01.2023 under the Air Act, 1981. As such, after deducting 200% penalty as late application fee, the fee is now adequate upto 30.09.2026 as per circular dated 29.10.2018.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 76.5pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">It is pertinent to mention here that the unit has not submitted the slips of obtaining raw material from the O/o Executive Engineer-cum-District Mining, Drainage cum Mining Division, Rupnagar/Sri Anandpur Sahib and the ambient air analysis report from NABL/Board's approved laboratory due to the non-operation of the unit from a long period as per the undertaking attached by the applicant. Further, it has also mentioned that the unit shall get itself registered with the Deptt. of Mining after obtaining consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 and thereafter submit the analysis report and raw material slips.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Further, </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">the unit was visited by the AEE of this office on 20.03.2023 and Sh. Rakesh Kumar, Partner was contacted. During visit, it was observed as under:</span></p>
<ol style="margin-top: 0cm;" start="1" type="1">
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit is a stone crusher-cum-screening & washing plant and was not in operation & the physical site conditions also reflects the same as there was no processed material available at site.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit has covered its crushing & screening machinery with tin sheets.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit has provided rubber chutes at the end of the conveyor belts.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit has stabilized the movement area with river bed material.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit has provided water sprinkling system on the transfer points and was advised to install at the entrance boundary.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit has provided plantation along its boundaries of the unit.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit has provided the re-circulation tank for re-circulation of the wastewater alongwith re-circulation arrangements.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">No silt observed as the unit is not in operation from long time.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit has provided Environmental Data Board at its entrance wall.</span></li>
</ol>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">From above, it is clear that the unit is complying with the code of practice stipulated for such units and the provisions of the </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">In view of the above facts, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for a short period</span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">upto 30.09.2024 </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">due to non-availability of raw material slips verified by the Mining Department</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">and considering orange category culminating period, subject to the suitable conditions and additional conditions as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit shall get its registration done from the Mining Department before commissioning and submit the raw material proofs verified by the Deptt. of Mining within 15 days.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit shall submit the ambient air analysis report from NABL/Board's approved laboratory and mining slips within 01 month of operation</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit shall obtain carrying capacity certificate of the area/stone crusher from Deptt. Mines & Geology, Department of Water Resources and act on basis of such certificates as per the Board's office order issued vide no. 16536 dated 23.07.2021</span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit shall obtain raw material from the mining sites approved by the Water Sources-cum-Mining Department only.</span><span style="font-size: 1pt; line-height: 2px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">This consent is granted for operation of <strong>Crushing, Screening & Washing of Aggregates @ 4500 CFT/Day.</strong></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit shall obtain raw material from the Govt. approved mining sites only and shall not indulge itself into any kind of illegal mining. If at any stage the unit engaged itself in illegal mining, the consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 shall be revoked/cancelled without any opportunity of hearing.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">7.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry will comply with all the provisions under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">8.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The stone crusher shall maintain a stock register to justify the legitimate source of mining material, its availability, usage and sale etc.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">9.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry will submit half yearly return to this office duly verified by the Mining officer by 15th of July and 15th Jan of every year.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">10.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">i) The industry shall not consume any fuel except HSD in DG set, if installed for burning purposes without the prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 42.55pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">ii) The industry shall comply with the noise limits prescribed by the Ministry of Environment & Forests (MoEF), New Delhi vide notification No.GSR-371(E) dated 17.5.2002 as amended from time to time.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 42.55pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">iii) The industry shall comply with the stack emission standards prescribed by the MoEF vide notification No.GSR-520 (E) dated 1.7.2003 as amended from time to time or GSR-489(E) dated 7.9.2002 as amended from time to time, whichever is applicable to the applicant.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 54pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -11.45pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">iv)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The height of the stack with the D.G. set shall be in accordance with the norms prescribed by the Board vide notification No.Admn/A-4/F.No.160/87/14744 dated 14.9.1987.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">11.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall make necessary arrangements for the monitoring of ambient air emissions from Board’s Lab/NABL approved lab twice in a year and shall submit the analysis report to the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">12.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall comply with any other conditions laid-down or directions issued in due course by the Board under the Provisions of Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span><span style="font-size: 1pt; line-height: 2px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">13.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Nothing in this consent shall be deemed to preclude the institution of any legal action nor relieve the applicant from any responsibilities, liabilities or penalties to which the applicant is or may be subjected to under this or any other Act.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">14.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Any amendments/revisions made by the Board in the emission/stack height standards shall be applicable to the industry from the date of such amendments/ revisions.</span><span style="font-size: 1pt; line-height: 2px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">15.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall provide adequate arrangements for fighting the accidental leakages / discharge of any air pollutant / gas / liquids from the vessel, mechanical equipments etc. which are likely to cause environmental pollution.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 1pt; line-height: 2px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">16.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The air pollution control equipments shall be kept at all time in good running condition and;</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 5pt 2cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: -14.15pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 20px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> (i) All failures of control equipments.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 5pt 2cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 20px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> (ii) The emissions of any air pollutant into the atmosphere in excess of the standards laid down by the Board occurring or being apprehended to occur due to accident or other unforeseen act or event.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 5pt 49.65pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 20px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">"Shall be intimated through email-eeroropar@gmail.com to the Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Rupnagar for the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution Rules, 1981".</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 5pt 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">17.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall ensure that no air pollution problem or public nuisance is created in the area due to discharge of emissions from the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 5pt 42.55pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">18.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall provide adequate and appropriate air pollution control devices to contain emissions from handling, transportation and processing of raw material & product of the industry.</span><span style="font-size: 1pt; line-height: 2px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> </span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 16.8667px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">39. The industry shall inform the Board in writing as and when any change is occurred in the Partnership Deed / Proprietorship / Memorandum of Article of Association, especially with regard to the name and address of the Partner / Proprietor / Director / Subscriber etc, and in any case the industry fails to do so and later on it comes to the notice of the Board that there is any change in Partnership Deed / Proprietorship / Memorandum of Article of Association, action as deem fit under the provision of said Act shall be taken.</span></p> |
