<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 200%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted its CA certificate dated 20/01/2023 mentionining the cost of the fixed assets of Rs. 39.32 lakh. The industry has deposited Rs. 33,900/- vide online UTR no. BARBU23031767617 dated 31/01/2023 & Rs. 13,941/- vide online R. no. 463728052 dated 20/03/2023 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>35,200/-vide online UTR no. BARBU23031769431 dated 31/01/2023 and Rs. 13,941/- vide online R. no. 307320784 dated 20/03/2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 22/10/2029, under both the Acts.</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The industry has submitted one time settlement fees @ 10,000/- (Rs. 5000/-+5000/-) under both Acts, under VDS scheme, as the unit has been establish in 2017. <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level2 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry shall install suitable APCD to control the process emission generated from the activity of deco-paint/ PU polishing through spray gun.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level2 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry shall not consume any fuel for burning purpose without the prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>
