1. The Project proponent was granted 'Consent to operate' for 130 plots in an area of 222.76 acres and subject to the condition that the project proponent shall obtain Consent to Establish (NOC) for carrying out construction in remaining 261.544 acres. The Project proponent has failed to apply for 'Consent to Establish'/NOC for remianing 261.544 acres. Thus, Project proponent is required to apply for 'Consent to Establish'/NOC for remianing 261.544 acres alongwith these CTO applications so that status of entire project can be concluded. 2. The project proponent has not linked the 'Consent fee' with application. |
