<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">C)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of Consent to Operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS. The industry has also request to restore the electric connection.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">D)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry had already deposited consent fee of Rs. 8,800/- through UPI dated 11.07.2022, which is adequate upto 30.06.2025 under Air Act, 1981. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">E)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has already submitted extended bank guarantee of Rs. 50,000/-, which is valid upto 20.06.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">F)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The representative of the industry requested in reply of clarification that they are now unable to deposit the bank guarantee of Rs. 25,000/- as the financial condition of the industry is not good and requested to grant 6 months time to deposit the bank guarantee. </span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-right: 4.7pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: 512.6pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">H)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 21.03.2023 and observed as under:</span></p>

<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 0in 3.0pt 58.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has obtained CLU from Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana vide letter no. 2275-ATP-B dated 29.12.2014 approved for industrial plot/building measuring plot 500 sq yards.</span></p>
