<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in .2pt 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Now, the industry has applied for fresh ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for operation of Welding Rods @ 8 Metric Tonnes/Day, Mig Welding Rods @ 20 Metric Tonnes/Day, Welding Accessories @ 25 Numbers/Day and Paints @ 1 Metric Tonnes/Day as products, along with requisite document. <span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in .2pt 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 18000 /- vide R. no. 450608739 dated 07.02.2023, Rs. 90000/- vide no. 810964333 dated 28.11.2022 and Rs. 21600/-<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>vide R. no. 714653244 dated 28.02.2023 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 21600 /- vide R. no. 97902417 dated 07.02.2023, and Rs. 108500/- vide R. no. 880526320 dated 28.11.2022 and Rs. 21600/- vide R. no. 468417499 dated 28.02.2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2027 (Considering of NOC fee @ Rs. 3600/- and penalty of Rs. 21600 under both the Acts) for both the Acts against the fixed assets of Rs. 667.49 Lakhs on 31.03.2022 (as per the online clarification reply dated 28.02.2023).</span></p>

The industry has installed a batch type ETP of capacity 10 KLD for treatment of trade effluent being generated in its premises.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The ETP consists of collection cum equalization tank (dosing), clarifier, intermediate collection tank, sand filter and final outlet. The industry has installed flow meter at the outlet of ETP.</span></p>

The industry shall be bound to obtain varied ‘consent to operate’ incase of any increase in production capacity or increase in quantity of effluent generation from the unit. </span></p>
