The industry is large scale red category unit and was earlier granted consent under Water Act, 1974 valid upto 31.03.2023 and Air Act, 1981 valid upto 30.06.2023.Thereafter, the industry was granted consent to establish (NOC) dated 05.07.2022 valid upto 04.07.2023 by adding one new fermented product Plant of capacity 1.25 LLPD, a new Multi fuel Boiler of capacity 10 TPH and 1 No. DG set of capacity 750 KVA with canopy with total discharge of trade effluent @ 470 KLD and domestic effluent @ 25 KLD after treatment through ETP.           Now the industry has applied for varied consent under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. As per agenda note RO has reported that the industry was visited by EE alongwith AEE on 09.03.2023 and it was observed that the industry was in operation during visit and is engaged in manufacturing of Dahi, Lassi, Kheer, Ghee, Panjiri, Milk Powder & Dairy Whitener, Kaju Pinni, Liquid Pouch Milk, Paneer, White Butter. The industry has installed 02 No. boiler of capacity 5 TPH and 1 No. coal fired boiler of capacity 3 TPH with Multi Cyclone Separator followed by Bag Filter followed by wet scrubber. The industry has also installed 1 No. Thermic Fluid Heater of capacity 70000 Kcal/hour with adequate stack height.  The industry has installed 02 nos. DG sets of capacity 250 KVA and 750 KVA with canopies. The industry has installed one new fermented product Plant of capacity 1.25 LLPD. The industry has installed Multifuel (coke/ rice husk/pet coke) Boiler of capacity 10 TPH with proposed APCD Multi Cyclone Separator, Bag Filter, wet scrubber. During, visit it was not in operation. The stack emission samples from boiler of capacity 05 TPH were collected on 09.06.2022. As per analysis report the particulate matter is 12 mg/Nm3 at 12% CO2 which is within the limit prescribed by the Board.                 In view of report of RO, it is recommended that varied consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2026 with usual conditions and special conditions that:- 1)    The industry shall not use any un-authorized fuel and shall use fuel only for which consent is granted by the Board. 2)    The industry shall operate the APCD regularly & efficiently so as to achieve the emission norms prescribed by the Board. 3)    The industry shall submit the stack emission analysis report of furnaces analyzed from Board’s lab within 02-months. 4)    The industry shall ensure that hazardous wastes of all categories are collected properly & disposed off to the authorized companies by executing agreements and shall maintain all the records as per provisions of the HWM Rules. 5)    The industry shall not throw burn or burry any solid wastes in open outside premises or in drain / water bodies. 6)    The industry shall promote use of alternatives of single use plastics (SUP) and awareness to discourage use of plastic. 7)    The industry shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic- thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocol or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises. 8)    The industry shall properly handle and manage the solid wastages as per the provisions of the Municipal Solid Waste Rules 2016 and ensure that the solid waste is segregated & disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.
