<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">project proponent </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">has applied for fresh CTE under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 with requisite documents for the development of colony.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The project proponent has already granted CTE issued vide no. CTE/Fresh/ASR/2018/7826010 dated 31/07/2018, valid up to 30/07/2019 with suitable conditions mentioned therein, which was further extended from time to time up to five years. The latest CTE extension was issued vide no. CTE/Ext/ASR/2022/17854815 dated 16/03/2022, valid up to 15/03/2023 with suitable conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the project proponent has applied for obtaining fresh CTE for one year. The project proponent has submitted a copy of CTE issued to it along with compliance of conditions, MoA, Registration deed, Site Plan/Location Plan and Copy of letter issued by DTP, Amritsar vide no. 1511 dated 23/08/2012 regarding confirmation of location of the site.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The site was visited by officer of the Board on 21.03.2023 and observed as following:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">1. It is a residential colony. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">2. The residential site is situated exactly adjoining the existing housing project of M/s Ashberry Homes.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">3. The project proponent has constructed a boundary wall on the three sides of the land.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">4. The development work was under progress at the site. The installation/construction work regarding the STP has not been started yet.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">5. Only two no. houses have been constructed and other two were under construction at the site, but no habitation exist in the said houses.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"> </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 12pt;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for one year <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">as per policy of the Board.</span></span></p> |
