CTOA/Varied/ASR/2018/8068152 dated 26/07/2018 and under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Varied/ASR/2018/8068266 dated 26/07/2018, which are valid up to 28/02/2023 for 48 beds).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 130%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the hospital has applied for obtaining consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 along with Compliance of the previous granted consents under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981, BMW Annual Report, Agreement and Dimensional Drawing of STP.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 130%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span><a name="_Hlk86673810"></a>The hospital has deposited Rs. 10,700/- vide UTR/Reference No. N073232371319592 dtd 14/03/2023 under Water Act, 1974 (including Rs. 200/- as penalty for consent expiry & Rs. 500 as an Application form fee) and Rs. 10,200/- vide UTR/Reference No. N073232371340442 dtd 14/03/2023 under Air Act, 1981 (including Rs. 200/- as penalty for consent expiry), which is adequate up to 28/02/2028.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 130%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>It is pertinent to mention here that the Board issued order vide no. CEE(HQ)F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 2/2/2016 regarding grant of auto renewal consent to establish/consent to operate to the Orange & Green category industries.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 130%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>It is further intimated that the hospital is complying with the conditions of consents granted earlier under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. The hospital is having bed capacity of 48 beds and competency to decide the case lies with Environmental Engineer.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 130%;"><strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the HCF up to 30/09/2027 subject to usual conditions and along with special conditions as under:-</span></p>
