<p>The point wise reply is as under:-</p>
<p>1) The industry has not constructed any building for RMC. The RMC is open to sky and no shed has been constructed. </p>
<p>2) The vehicular movement area is stabilized with aggregates.</p>
<p>3) The cement is stored in closed silos and no emissions were observed in the premises.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Submitted for approval vide note dated 09.03.2023 with special condition that the industry will submit NOC / permission from Director of Factories within 03 months.</p> |
