<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;">It is submitted that earlier show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 was issued to industry with hearing before the CEE, Ludhiana on 16.12.2022, wherein, it was decided as under:-</span></p>

<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -24.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white; margin: 0in 0in 0in 22.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial; color: black;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;">The Environmental Engineer, Regional Office-1, Ludhiana shall visit the industry after 1 month and send further recommendations in the matter.</span></p>
