The industry was granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/LDH2/2018/7105269 dated 09/04/2018 valid upto 31/03/2023 & under Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDH2/2018/7105009 dated 09/04/2018 valid utpo 31/03/2023 with suitable conditions for the manufacturing of products Forgings of Auto/vehicle and tractor parts @ 130 MTPD.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 alongwith requisite documents and same production capacity. The industry has submitted the detail of increase in fixed assets. The industry has only added non-polluting machinery in its premises. There is no increase in air / water pollution load.</span></p>

The components of the STP were in good operational conditions during the visit. The STP works on batch process. During visit, the domestic effluent was found to be collecting in the collection tank, however no flow was there at the outlet as such samples could not be collected.</span></p>
