MOH/DB/WPC/06/49 dated 11.12.2006 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. MOH/DB/WPC/5507 dated 11.12.2006, both having validity upto 31.12.2016.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Thereafter, the industry had applied for obtaining <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>renewal of ‘consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. However, the said application were refused by the Board vide no. CTOW/Renewal/SAS/2017/5340136 dated 07.10.2017 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, vide no. CTOA/Renewal/SAS/2017/5340451 dated 07.10.2017 (details given in the online application ID no. G22SAS577817). </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining varied of ‘consent to operate’ under GREEN Category, under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for operation of a poultry farm for production of Eggs (in number) @ 120000 Numbers/Day and </span>Poultry Feed<span style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-language: PA;"> @ 16.0 MTD as products, with requisite documents and fees. </span></p>

Now, the industry has applied for obtaining varied ‘consent to operate’ for 1,20,000 Eggs/day. </span></p>

The said medicines were checked and found available/ stored at site. Further, the poultry farm has started maintaining record of such medicine application.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 85.05pt; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-language: PA;">In view of above, if may approved, the poultry farm may be granted varied 'consent to operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, for production of Eggs @ 1,20,000, upto 31.12.2031 subject to the suitable conditions and the following additional conditions that:</span></p>

In case, any complaint is received against the unit, the Board shall be at liberty to revoke/ cancel this consent without giving any opportunity of hearing to the industry.</span></p>

The Board would be at liberty to take penal action against the industry and its responsible/ concerned person(s) in case information/document is detected as incorrect/false/misleading at any point of time. </span></p>
