<p>Keeping the above in view, it is recommended that ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for period upto 30.09.2025 along with following special conditions that the industry shall obtain registration under Extended Producers Responsibility from Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India within 03 months and submit the copy of the same to the Board.</p>
