CTE/Fresh/LDH3/2022/18459434 dated 21.04.2022 for the establishment of rice sheller in the revenue estate of village Kotli, Tehsil Jagraon, District Ludhiana <strong>in an area of 29 Kanals 10 Marlas {04 Kanals </strong>from Khasra no. <strong>17// </strong>4/1 (6-00), <strong>08 Kanals </strong>bearing Khasra no. <strong>17// </strong>7 (8-00), <strong>08 Kanals </strong>bearing Khasra no. <strong>17// </strong>5 (8-00), <strong>08 Kanals </strong>bearing Khasra no. <strong>17// </strong>6 (8-00), <strong>10 Marlas </strong>from Khasra no. <strong>11// </strong>21 (7-13) and <strong>01 Kanal </strong>from Khasra no. <strong>17// </strong>19 (8-00)<strong>}</strong> to manufacture raw rice @ 04 TPH with dryer & sorted rice @ 04 TPH.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 3.0cm; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the rice sheller has applied for fresh ‘Consents to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 to manufacture raw rice @ 04 TPH with dryer & sortex. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 3.0cm; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The rice sheller has submitted C.A. certificate dated 20.01.2023 showing gross fixed assets value of Rs. 159.50 lacs. </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The rice sheller has deposited Rs. 84,000/- vide online receipt no. KKBKH23072626760 dated 13.03.2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 84,000/- vide online receipt no. KKBKH23072626790 dated 13.03.2023 under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2032 under both (considering the date of commissioning as 01.10.2022).</span></p>

The rice sheller is established in 40 Kanal area for which it had obtained Consent to Establish / NOC from the Board.</span></p>

The industry has also provided stacks of adequate heights with APCDs along with provisions to facilitate emission sample. </span></p>
