But the industry has not installed APCD to capture emissions being generated from the grinder and extruder.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">May if approved SCN for refusal CTO under Air Act,1981 applied by the industry be issued with an opportunity to submit the reply within 10 days. EE RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by the PP as well as the adequacy of APCD and send the fresh recommendation.</p>
