The capacity of the Evaporator is 200 ltr/day.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">They ensure that they will obtain permission under PWM Rules, 2016 as a brand owner and also make agreement with Nimbua Greenfield (Punjab) Pvt. Ltd. for the lifting of left over sludge from electric evaporator tank.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has deposited additional consent fees Rs. 43,200/- vide R no. 202742057 dated 22.03.2023 under Water Act, 1974, after deduction <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>of late fees, the consent fee is adequate till 19.09.2028.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The site was again visited by the undersigned on 22.03.2023 during visit it was observed, that the industry has repaired leakage in the electric evaporator tank and the capacity of the evaporator is adequate to handle effluent of 0.15 KLD.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">In view of above, it is recommended that ‘consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted till 30.09.2027 with special conditions as under:</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry will make agreement with the TSDF, Nimbua to dispose off the sludge to be generated in the electric evaporator tank and obtain authorization from Punjab Pollution Control Board within 1 month.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry will obtain registration as brand owner under Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016 on the Central Pollution Control Board portal.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry will not install any source of air pollution without obtaining prior permission of the Board.</p>
