<p style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that SCN for refusal of CTO applied under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 alongwith an opportunity to submit the reply within 7-days has been issued to the industry vide Board's letter dated 22/3/2023 <strong>(copy enclosed). <span lang="EN-US">It</span><span lang="EN-US"> is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the industry and send the receipt of the same to this office. It is also requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by the industry w.r.t notice and also intimate why the agenda note is not filled completely and send recommendations accordingly</span>, so as to enable his office to decide the application.</strong></p> |
