<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has applied fresh Consent to Establish under Red category the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Zn Metal Ingot @ 5 MTD using Zn Ash @ 5 Metric Tonnes/Day, Imported Zinc Dross @ 1 Metric Tonnes/Day, Spent Zn Catalyst @ 1 Metric Tonnes/Day& Zn Skimming Residue @ 1 Metric Tonnes/Day as raw material.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted brief project report of plant & machinery and other assets of Rs. 41.67 lakh after addition of 1 year rent the total fixed assets Rs. 46.47 lakh, The project proponent has deposited Rs. 18000/- <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>vide R no. 32017896 dated 10.03.2023, which is adequate till 5 year.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted land use classification letter issued by DTP vide letter no. 302 dated 27.02.2023 of the land located at Village Bhagwanpur, H.B no. 199, Khasra no. 287 (4-0) measuring 0 bigha 8 Biswa 16 Biswasi measuring as FEZ zone. The project proponent has submitted rent deed of land at village Bhagwanpur, Khasra no. 287(4-0) between Sh. Ravinder Singh & M/s WMR Metaltech, valid till 28.02.2029. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The project proponent has submitted partnership deed between Mr. Abhinav Girdhar and Mr. Dilrag Bachan Singh Dhindsa made on 09.01.2023.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted manufacturing process as under:</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The site was visited by the undersigned on 22.03.2023 and contacted Sh. Dharminder, worker (8920641813). During visit it was observed as under:</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">In view of above, it is recommended that show cause notice for refusal of Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with an opportunity to submit reply within 7 days <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>in writing as the project proponent has not submitted the reply of the clarification till date.</p>
