Earlier electric connection of the industry was disconnected due to use of unauthorized fuel as hosiery waste, municipal solid waste, plastic waste, rubber waste plastic etc in its boiler and emission of black smoke.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: .65in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.4in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';">The industry was found using unauthorized fuel i.e. <span style="background: white;">hosiery/ textile and plastic waste </span>in its baby boiler on 29.08.2018, due to which bank guarantee of Rs. 50,000/- was imposed by the Competent Authority in its CTO application no.</span><span style="font-size: 6.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;"> </span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';">8786051 dated 25.10.2018.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: .65in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.4in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';">The industry again during visit to its unit on 20.11.2020, it was found using unauthorized fuel i.e. municipal solid waste, plastic waste, rubber waste plastic etc. in its boiler, due to which during hearing given to the industry on 06.01.2021 before the SEE, ZO-II, Ludhiana a bank guarantee of Rs. 25,000/- was imposed upon the industry.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: .65in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.4in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry was inspected during visit to the area on 21.03.2023 and it was found not in operation and during visit no unauthorized fuel was seen at site. Further, The industry has already submitted extended bank guarantee of Rs. 50,000/-, which is valid upto 20.06.2023. However, the representative of the industry requested in reply of clarification that they are now unable to deposit the additional bank guarantee of Rs. 25,000/- as the financial condition of the industry is not good and requested to grant 6 months time to deposit the bank guarantee.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: .65in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.4in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';">The industry has obtained the NOC Certificate/allotment letter from Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana vide letter no. 2275-ATP-B dated 29.12.2014 approved for industrial plot/building measuring plot 500 sq yards. Also there are industrial establishments near the unit, hence site falls in industrial zone. The CLU as above has been already obtained by the industry from the MC, Ludhiana.</span></p>
