<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">In view of facts mentioned by AEE/EE, RO, Rupnagar may if approved Competent Authority may be requested that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be renewed for a short period i.e. upto 31.03.2024 due to non-installation of proposed STP and disposal of effluent till date, subject to the suitable conditions and additional conditions as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">The power house shall apply for obtaining authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 for category 5.1 for the spent oil generated from the DG set and heavy machinery lubrication.</span></p>
