<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the unit has made expansion before year 2015 as per investment proof submitted in form of CA certificates. The unit has complied with general guidelines and applied for regularization of expanded capacity. At present, new guidelines has been framed for establishment of poultry farm. Hence, guidelines is required w.r.t. regularization of poultry farm at expended capacity alongwith operation of feed mill at the site, as no policy is framed for such type of cases.</p>
