Now, it has applied for renewal of consent under Air Act, 1981. The industry was visited by the AEE on 20.03.2023 and it was observed as under:- </span></p>

The boiler of 30 TPH capacity is equipped with Electrostatic Precipitator as APCD along with stack of adequate height and proper sampling arrangements. The other two boiler of capacity 14 TPH and 6 TPH have been provided with cyclone separator as APCD and common stack of adequate height and sampling arrangements. During the visit both these boilers (14 TPH and 6 TPH) were non-operational and representative of the industry informed that they are not being operated since long due to low operating pressure of these boilers. Rice husk is used as fuel by the industry. </span></p>

Thermopack of 2000000 Kcal/hour. Cyclone separator along with stack of adequate height and proper sampling arrangements have been provided. </span></p>

DG sets of capacity 1000 KVA each with canopy and adequate stack height. </span></p>

<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">In view of above report by Regional office, if approved, the validity of consent to operate granted to the industry under Air Act, 1981 may be further extended upto 31.03.2025.</span></p>
