<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 117.0pt;">Application of the industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:- 1. The industry has not submitted site suitability certificate from the Department of Town & Country Planning. Also, the industry is required to submit certificate issued by Revenue department / DTP in original. 2. The industry has not deposited adequate consent to operate fee. 3. The industry not deposited the NOC Regularization fee. 4. The industry has not submitted building Plan approved by the Competent Authority.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 117.0pt;">A clarification was raised clarify the above, within 02 days. However, the industry has failed to submit any reply in this regard.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 117.0pt;">If approved, application of the industry may be returned with request to resubmit the application complete in all respects.</p> |
