| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed as under:
1. The industry has submitted certificate issued by Tehsildar Ghanur, however there is no mention of distance of proposed site from village Lal Lakir/ Phirni, MC limit and 15 pucca residential houses within periphery of 100m of industry and wild life sanctuary/zoo within periphery of 500 m of industry.
2. The industry has submitted classification of land use from Competent Authority for category 3026 i.e. leather footwear and leather products under green category, however as per its undertaking dated 09.03.2023 it has submitted that they will manufacture non leather goods. As such, the industry is required to clarify the same and submit the revised classification of land use from Competent Authority.
The industry is requested to clarify the observations within 3 days to further process the application.
