It is intimated that the PP has applied for the renewal of CTO under the Air Act,1981. RO has reported that the PP <span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px;"> is complying with the previous consent to operate conditions granted to it under the Water Act, 1974, and the Air Act, 1981.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px;">May if approved renewal CTO under Air Act,1974 be further extended up to 30/9/27 with the special conditions as imposed in previously granted CTO . EE, RO may also be requested to monitor the hotel as per protocol framed by the board and verify compliance with environmental law and send the report along with recommendations.</span></p>
