The industry has deposited Rs. 12,800/- (Rs. 12,600/- vide UTR No. N336222230186562 dated 02.12.2022 and Rs. 200/- vide UTR No. 440842763 dated 23.03.2023) under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 12,800/- (Rs. 12,600/- vide UTR No. N336222230166499 dated 02.12.2022 and Rs. 200/- vide UTR No. 253914570 dated 23.03.2023) <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>under the Air Act, 1981</span>, which is adequate for a period upto 31.12.2024. The industry has deposited Rs. 6400 as NOC Regularization fee. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></p>

Rekha Rani, owner of land for Rs. 4,000/- per month, valid for a period of 60 months from the date of execution i.e. 22.01.2022.</p>

Unit) to Smt. Rekha Rani W/o Sh. Ajay Kumar, situated at village Hariewala (H.B.No.72), Tehsil Baghapurana, Distt Moga, bearing khasra no. 6//21/2 (1-7) and 6//22/2 (7-0), total area land for 8 Kanal 7 marlas.</p>

Jashanjit Singh Sran, Smt. Rekha Rani and Smt. Isha are the partners of the industry. </em></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .75in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;"><em><span lang="PA" style="font-family: 'Raavi','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Raavi; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi;">ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਪ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੰਗੀ ਗਈ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਦਫਤਰ ਤਹਿਸੀਲਦਾਰ, ਬਾਘਾਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ । ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਪਿੰਡ ਹਰੀਏ ਵਾਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਮਾਂਬੰਦੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਨੰਬਰ ਖਸਰਾ 6//21/2(1-7) – 22/2 (7-0) ਕੁੱਲ ਰਕਬਾ 8ਕ-7ਮ ਦੀ ਮਾਲਕੀ ਦਰਖਾਸਤੀ ਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪਿੰਡ ਦੀ ਫਿਰਨੀ ਤੋਂ 100 ਮੀਟਰ ਦੇ ਘੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ-ਤੇੜੇ ਕੋਈ ਮਕਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। </span></em></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.5in; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">ii)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has installed one no. injection moulding for manufacturing of plastic pipe.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.5in; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">iii)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has no source of trade effluent generation and domestic effluent is being discharged onto land for plantation along the boundary wall.</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;">The industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;">In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 31.12.2024 / upto adequacy of fee with suitable conditions alongwith specific conditions as under:</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .75in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level2 lfo4;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall comply with the guidelines of Department of Town & Country Planning.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .75in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level2 lfo4;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall not manufacture, stock, distribute, recycle and sell the plastic carry bags.</p>

SO. 438/P.A9/1994/S30/2016 dated 29.03.2016 issued by the Department of Rural Development & Panchayat, Govt. of Punjab in letter & spirit.</p>
