<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-left: 46pt; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;"> Now the industry has applied for fresh consents and as per agenda note the industry was visited on 09.03.2023 and it was observed that the industry has installed one paint booth with water curtain/sprinkling system as APCD. The industry has also installed one D.G set of capacity 140 KVA with canopy and attached to stack of adequate height. The industry has submitted building plan approved from Director of Factories, Punjab. The industry has been granted CLU vide letter no. 1083 dated 12/8/2021</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-right: 7.1pt; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;"> </span></strong><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2026 with usual conditions and special conditions that:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">The industry shall ensure that hazardous wastes of all categories are collected properly & disposed off to the authorized companies by executing agreements and shall maintain all the records as per provisions of the HWM Rules.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">The industry shall not throw burn or burry any solid wastes in open outside premises or in drain / water bodies.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">The industry shall promote use of alternatives of single use plastics (SUP) and awareness to discourage use of plastic.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">The industry shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic- thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocol or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">7)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">The industry shall properly handle and manage the solid wastages as per the provisions of the Municipal Solid Waste Rules 2016 and ensure that the solid waste is segregated & disposed of in an environmentally sound manner. (Competency:-SEE-J) </span></p>
