CTOW/Fresh/MOG/2018/6798373 and CTOA/Fresh/MOG/2018/6798365 dated 01.01.2018 for operation of cattle feed to manufacture Cattle Feed @ 7.50 TPD, for a period upto 30.09.2022, subject to the following conditions:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">a) The industry will comply with zoning regulations of Master Plan as and when notified and will shift to some suitable site accordingly.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">b) The industry has been approved by the Board from pollution angle only and the industry shall obtain the approval of site from other concerned departments, if need be.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"> c) The industry shall obtain permission from the Central Ground Water Authority for the abstraction of ground water, if needed.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Now the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consents under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 through OCMMS for operation of cattle feed to manufacture Cattle Feed @ 7.50 TPD.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">RO FDK has processed the case in light of the office order no. 59 dt. 02.02.2016 to grant the renewal of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 to the industries (Orange/Green Category- Small Scale) without visiting the unit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">It is further submitted that<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>as per RO, FDK till date only local planning area Nihal Singh Wala has been notified vide DTP (FDK) 435/2017 dated 17.07.2017. However, no master plan for sub division, Nihal Singh Wala has been notified.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Further, the process of the industry is manufacturing of cattle feed, which is non-hazardous in nature and as per C.A certificate submitted there is no expansion as compare to previous granted consents.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>If approved, (i) the consents to operate under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30.09.2027 with special conditions that :- </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: .25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">a)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry will comply with zoning regulations of Master Plan as and when notified and will be bound to shift to the designated / confirming zone in case </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">the site of the industry falls in non-conforming zone of the Master Plan</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; background: white; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .25in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">b)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry is being granted consent to operate by the Board from pollution angle only and the industry shall obtain the approval of site / other statutory clearances from other concerned departments, if need be.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">(ii) Since, the RO has processed the case without visit in light of office order 59 dated 02.02.2016, RO, FDK may be directed to carry out the inspection of the industry as per inspection frequency mentioned in the policy of the Board.</span></p>
