<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: red;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the hospital has applied for varied consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (for 100 beds) along with Compliance of the previous granted consents, copy of Agreement with CBWTF for 100 Beds, Location Plan, Memorandum of Articles, Land Document, IMA Certificate, Undertaking regarding Bed Capacity, Copy of CLU, Dimensional Drawing of STP and Completion Certificate of STP.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The Hospital has installed/upgraded STP of capacity from 10 KLD to 20 KLD to treat the domestic effluent, which was in operation at the time of visit and discharge onto land for plantation after STP. </span></p>

The hospital is having bed capacity @ 100 beds and competency to decide the case lies with Senior Environmental Engineer of the Board.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the hospital for 31/03/2027 <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">with suitable terms & conditions along with special condition that the hospital will submit effluent analysis report within 01 month from Board’s Lab/ Board’s Approved Lab.</span></span></p>
