<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The agency has applied for obtaining fresh consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for washing & servicing of trucks @ 3 no./day near Bazakhana Toll Plaza, Village Jidda, Distt. Bathinda in land area of 08 Kanals.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The lease deed has been executed between the owner of the land area Mrs. Manjit Kaur W/o Sh. Jaswant Singh and M/s AC Motors through its partners Sh. Jaswant Singh w.e.f 28.11.2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The report has been submitted from DTP, Bathinda issued vide his office letter no. 256 dated 20.02.2023, wherein it has been reported that the site falls in Hadbast no. 153, Village Jidda, Tehsil & Distt. Bathinda, which is located outside the limit of any MC/NP. The site falls in the notified local planning area of Jaitu, the Master Plan of which yet is to be prepared.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The Naib Tehsildar has reported that khasra no. 1569/1 is located at a distance of more than 100 meters from the limit of NP, village phirni/lal lakhir and residential area/15 pucca houses.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The visiting officer has reported that the site was visited on 09.03.2023 and it was observed the agency is located on NH-54 in the revenue estate of village Jidda and there is no MC/NP limit, lal lakhir/village phirni and residential area/15 pucca houses within 100 meter radius of the agency. The agency is located in khasra no. 1569/1 of Hadbast no. 153 of village Jidda as reported by the Naib Tehsildar, Goniana.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Further, it has been reported that the agency was not in operation during the visit and all the requisite machinery including Effluent Treatment Plant of capacity @ 5 KLD has been installed at site. The provisions has been made to utilize the treated effluent after ETP for bottom washing of the cars and the excess effluent will be discharged onto land for plantation developed along the boundary as well as in the gardening area of size 20'x40'.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">In view of above, if approved, CTOs under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the agency upto 30.09.2027, subject to the following specific conditions:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> 1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The agency will operate the ETP regularly & scientifically and shall maintain proper record of the effluent generated/ treated.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> 2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The agency will utilize the effluent after treatment for washing of the cars and only the excess effluent will be disposed of onto land for plantation.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> 3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The agency will get its building plan approved from the concerned authorities and shall submit the same the Regional Office, Bathinda of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> 4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The agency will get its effluent sample analyzed from the Board's lab/Approved lab of the Board as per the policy of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> 5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The agency will apply for obtaining authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, within 01 month.</span></p>
