<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 115%; margin: 0cm -28.15pt .0001pt -35.45pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; color: black;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now the industry has applied for obtaining varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Auto Parts @ 01 MTD, Insulated Metal Parts @ 03 MTD and Saluce Valves @ 01 MTD by using Stamping Scrap @ 05 MTD and Pig Iron, Iron Scrap @ 500 Kgs/Day as raw material for one Induction Furnace of capacity 500 kg/heat, 06 nos. Heating Furnaces, 02 nos. coal fired Galvanizing furnaces, 02 nos. LPG fired Galvanizing furnaces, 02 nos. Shot blast machine and one D. G set of capacity 125 KVA. The industry has deposited Rs. 27000/- vide R.N. N169211537481902 dated 18.06.2021 and Rs. 59400/- vide R.N. N347222245992237 dated 13.12.2022 under Water Act, 1974, Rs. 27000/- vide R.N. N169211537406452 dated 18.06.2021 and Rs. 59400/- vide R.N. N347222245975999 dated 13.12.2022<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>under Air Act, 1981 and Rs. 10800/- vide R.N. N347222245986092 dated 13.12.2022 as NOC regularization fees which is adequate upto 30.06.2027. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 115%; margin: 0cm -28.15pt .0001pt -35.45pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; color: black;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry was visited by officer of this office on 21.03.2023 and it was observed that the industry was in operation during visit and is engaged in manufacturing of Auto Parts @ 01 MTD, Insulated Metal Parts @ 03 MTD and Saluce Valves @ 01 MTD. The industry has installed 1 no. induction furnace of capacity 500 kg/heat with bag filter house as APCD and adequate stack height. The industry has installed 02 nos. coal fired galvanizing furnaces, 02 nos. LPG based galvanizing furnaces, 2 nos. shot blast machines with bag house as APCD’s and adequate stack heights. The industry has also installed 06 nos. heating furnaces. The industry has installed one D.G set of capacity 125 KVA with canopy and attached to stack of adequate height. There is no source of trade effluent. Domestic effluent is being discharged into sewer. The industry has submitted approved building plan approved by competent person under Factory Act.</span></p>
