CTE/Fresh/LDH3/2022/18183656 dated 24.06.2022 valid upto 30.05.2023 for Dyeing of Polyester Fabric @ 11 Tonne/day with discharge of its treated trade effluent @ 220 KLD onto land for plantation & domestic effluent @ 0.9 KLD onto land for plantation after septic tank with usual conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>

The industry is violating the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & the Hazardous & Other Waste (Management and Trans-boundary Movement) Rules, 2016. Report in this regard was sent vide E-noting no. 20642052 processed on 14.12.2022.</span></p>

The detail of machinery, nos of lots, nos of bath, liquor ratio, production and corresponding effluent generation has been submitted in the reply of clarification dated 16.03.2023. Further, the industry has mentioned production of dyeing of polyester Fabric @ 04 TPH in Water application and for production of dyeing of polyester Fabric @ 04 TPD in Air application. The reply of the same was sought from the industry. The industry in reply has submitted that they have inadvertently mentioned production as 4 TPH in place of 4 TPD in water application form. Moreover, as per the detail of the machinery and production given by the industry the production is 4 TPD.</span></p>
