<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';">Discussed on 24.03.2023, it is submitted that the industry is repeatedly submitting application without the requisite documents/consent fee. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The application has already been returned 05 times from 04.08.2022 from to 15.12.2022 by this office. The current application applied on 17.02.2023 by the applicant is still without adequate fee, however, scrutiny was competed in order to get this matter into the knowledge of the Competent Authority as it is a long pending issue and involves financial aspect as well. </span></p>
