<p>The industry has submitted Environmental Compensation of Rs. 50,000/- vide R.No. 26/5456 dated 21.03.2023.</p>
<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; text-align: justify; text-indent: 48px; background-color: #ffffff;">In view of above and the compliance made by the industry, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted for short term i.e 1 year with suitable conditions and additional condition that the industry will maintain record regarding consumption of fresh water vis-a-vis lifting of trade eflluent on daily basis.</span></p> |
