<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted its CA certificate mentioning the cost of the fixed assets of Rs. 336.82 lakh as on 31/03/2022. The industry has deposited Rs. 63800.00/- vide online UTR no. 000132820712 dated 28/02/2023 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 55900.00/- vide online R. no. 000132821436 dated 28/02/2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and deposited Rs. 130050/- vide cheque no. 019331 dated 24.03.2023. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31.12.2028 under both the Acts. The industry has submitted its approved site plan got approved by Competent Authority.</span></p>
