CTOW/Renewal/JAL/2018/7797822 dated 05.07.2018 valid upto 30.06.2023 and Vide no. CTOA/Renewal/JAL/2018/7706019 dated 28.06.2018 valid upto 30.06.2023. </span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; margin: 2.95pt 0cm .0001pt 5.6pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now the industry has applied for obtaining consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry has deposited Rs. 72000/- Vide R/No. N060232350527222 dated 02.03.2023 under Water Act 1974 and Rs. 76600/- (Including Rs. 3600/- as NOC fee and Rs. 500/- as application form fee) Vide R/No. N060232350510097 dated 01.03.2023 under Air Act, 1981 which is adequate upto 30.06.2028.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; margin: 2.95pt 0cm .0001pt 5.6pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry was visited by the officer of this office on 06.03.2023 and it was observed that the industry was in operation during visit and engaged in the manufacturing of Hand Tools Items. The industry has installed 1 no. forging hammer with heating furnace with adequate stack height. The industry has installed 1 no. shot blasting machine with bag house filter as APCD. The industry has installed DG set of capacity 225 KVA with canopy and attached to stack of adequate height. The pickling section was not in operation, the representative of the industry informed that it is being operated as and when required. The industry has installed pickling tank of size 20’ x 1.5’ x 1.5’. The industry has installed 1 no. collection tank of size 5’ x 3.5’x3’. The industry has made agreement with the M/s JBR technology for lifting trade effluent @ 5000 ltr/month. During visit water meter reading was noted as 227.18 Kl. The industry is maintaining record of water consumption and lifted to M/s JBR Technology. Domestic effluent is discharge into sewer. The industry has already submitted approved building plan from Director of Factory Act, Punjab. </span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; margin: 2.95pt 0cm .0001pt 5.6pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2028 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.</span></p> |
