Now, the industry has applied<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>for<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>varied<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>consents<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>for manufacturing of pipe fittings @ 3 MTD by installing one induction furnace of capacity 0.500 TPH. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 42.55pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>As per agenda note the industry was visited by officer on 17.03.2023 and it was observed that the industry is engaged in the process of manufacturing of pipe fitting. The industry has installed one induction furnace of capacity 0.500 TPH with bag filter house as APCD. The industry has also installed 03 no. oil fired annealing furnace and 1 no. galvanizing furnace with adequate stack height. The industry has installed 1 no. shot blasting machine with bag house filter as APCD. The industry has installed 1 no. DG set of capacity 82 KVA with canopy and attached to stack of adequate height. There is no source of generation of trade effluent. Domestic effluent is being discharged into sewer and entire cooling water is being re-circulated. The industry has submitted building plan approved from competent person under Factory Act. The industry has submitted the certificate from the Distt. Town Planner, Jalandhar vide its letter no.348 dated 19/02/2013 as per which the industry falls in Industrial Zone.</span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; text-indent: -21.25pt;"> </span></p>
