<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: 12.9pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt;"> Now the industry has applied for varied consents for manufacturing of Pipe Fitting @ 3 MTD by installing 03 no. galvanizing furnaces and 04 no. shot blasting machines with bag house filter as APCD and 2 No. powder coating with cyclone separator and 1 No. DG set of capacity 82 KVA with canopy under red category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: 12.9pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span> As per agenda note the industry was visited by the officer of this office on 21.03.2023 and observed that the industry was in operation and is engaged in the manufacturing of pipe fitting items. The industry has installed 3 no. of oil fired galvanizing furnaces provided with hood arrangement alongwith each and adequate stack height. Entire cooling water was being recycled. The industry has installed 4 nos. shot blast machines with inbuilt bag house as APCD with each and adequate stack height. The industry has added 2 No. powder coating with cyclone separator as APCD separately in its premises. The industry has installed 1 no. D.G set of capacity 82 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height. There is no source of trade effluent generation and only Domestic effluent is being discharged into M.C sewer. Entire cooling water was being recycled. The industry has submitted classification of area certificate issued from DTP Jalandhar showing the industry falls in Industrial Zone as per master plan.</span></p>
