<p>The details of the case are given in the agenda note which may kindly be perused. As reported by Ro the industry has proposed to install e waste dismantling Plastic waste and Food waste processing facility at said site. The proposed site of industry falls in industrial zone as per notified Master plan of Sangrur,hence suitable for such type of unit.</p>
<p>Further, no trade effluent will be generated by the industry and only domestic effluent @2.0KLD will be discharged on to land for plantation purposes. The industry has proposed to provide proper APCD with dismantling sections. According R0 has recommended for grant of Noc from pollution angle with suitable conditions as mentioned in the agenda note .</p>
<p>In view of facts mentioned above and recommendation given by EE SGR NOC from pollution angle for one year may be granted to the industry with suitable conditions and special condition as proposed by R0 please. Competency worthy Chairman.</p> |
