Therefore, the PSPCL authorities were requested by this office vide letter no. 727 dated 27.02.2023 to submit the compliance in this regard.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">G.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry earlier had deposited consent fee upto 30.06.2026 under both acts. Now, the industry has deposited Rs. 9000/- (Rs. 6800/- water fee + Rs. 2200/- NOC fee) vide online receipt no. 481190262 dated 22.03.2023 under Water Act, 1974, which is adequate upto 28.02.2027 under Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 5000/- vide online receipt no. 440110084 dated 22.03.2023 under the Air) Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.06.2026 under Air Act, 1981.</span></p>

The electric connection of the industry was found disconnected. </span></p>

However, the industry has granted 94 KLD shares on 22.07.2022 of CETP, due to excess discharge of 251.6 KLD, </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">04 cabinet of 60 kgs each & 01 cabinet of 120 kg</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-language: EN-US; font-weight: normal;"> was sealed by the Board. </span></p>

As per detail, trade effluent generation from the industry 119 KLD. However, as mentioned above 05 cabinet machines is already sealed by the Board, hence net trade effluent generation will be around 94 KLD. The detail of machinery, nos of lots, nos of bath, liquor ratio, production and corresponding effluent generation has been submitted with list of documents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: 512.6pt; margin: 0in 4.7pt .0001pt .8in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; font-weight: normal;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; font-weight: normal;">Presently the minimum value between the effluent generation as per GNE report and CETP share allotted to the industry is being considered by the Competent Authority for grant of consent as already approved in such cases. Accordingly, the industry has applied for trade effluent & domestic effluent discharge @ 90.5 KLD into CETP. </span></p>

The industry has provided the flow meter at its final outlet leading to CETP. The industry was also advised to provide the flow meter at inlet water supply.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: 512.6pt; margin: 0in 4.7pt .0001pt .8in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; font-weight: normal;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">7.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; font-weight: normal;">The industry has installed one boiler of capacity 03 TPH and wood will be used as fuel. The industry has installed cyclone separator along with rotary valve as APCD with the boiler. The stack emission samples of the industry was also collected on 24.11.2022 and during visit cyclone and its rotary valve was in operation and as per the analysis report results (SPM @ 177 mg/Nm3) were found within the permissible limits of the Board. </span></p>

Level. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .25in; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>Till the finalization of the allotment of the shares of CETP 50 MLD, it is recommended that:</span></p>
