<p>RO has no rights to seal any kind of machinery of any industry without taking prior permission/ Orders from the Competent Authority of the Board.</p>
<p>Further, the industy will be checked in odd hours to again verify the manufacturing of non woven materials/ carry bags in nearby future. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Considering report of the visiting officer, the case was recommended to Zonal office with the recommendations to grant the CTO to the industry with usual conditions and with the request to please give permission to this office to seal the non woven manufacturing machine installed by the industry vide e note dated 14.03.2023, please.</p> |
