<p>Gap between the production for which consent applied and trade effluent for which consents applied is too much. With 6550 KGD of production and 995 KLD of discharge ......water liquor ratio of 150 lt/ kg of dyeing is on very higher side. It means industry is wasting lot of water, energy and chemicals which may hamper the working of CETP. There is other possibility that industry is not giving true picture of its production and effluent. </p>
<p>Regional office is not examining the cases and just pushing the same to head office without giving any technical input.</p>
