On scrutinizing the application and linking with record file of the industry, it was observed as under:
1. The industry has carried out expansion in its unit with paddy intake has changed from 130 MTD to 250 MTD and product of the unit from raw rice production @ 42.5 MTD to 157.50 MTD. Further there has been change in the value of the land head and building head assets as compared to submitted during previous CTO application.
As such the industry is required to submit revenue record of the expansion in the land area carried out with khasra nos. mentioned in the aksh chijjra separately mentioning the old site and expanded site and the Change of land use issued by Govt. Authority for this expanded site.Further the industry is required to submit approved building plan of the premises incorporating the expansion carried out in the building head.
2. The industry is required to submit latest analysis report of effluent and emission samples carried out by Board’s lab.
