<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">It is submitted that the industry is a small scale red category industry. The industry has been granted CTE vide CTE/Fresh/LDH4/2022/18388908 dated 10.05.2022 valid upto 09.05.2023 for manufacturing of all types of hardware goods and fastener under the orange category for domestic effluent @ 2.0 KLD into sewer. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">Now, the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS for disposing trade effluent @ .6 KLD to CETP operator and 2 KLD into sewer. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">The industry has deposited consent fee of amounting to Rs. 1,44,500/- vide R. No. 37955896 dated 02.03.2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 3600/- including under NOC regularization fees & Rs. 1,40,400/- vide R. No. 377278590 dated 02.03.2023 under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 09.11.2029 against the C.A certificate as gross value of fixed assets Rs. 852.20 lacs and plant & machinery Rs. 848.09 lacs as on 31.01.2023. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">To verify the facts, the industry was visited by undersigned on 21.03.2023 and it was observed as under :-</span></p>

The industry has not yet started running this plant. The industry has provided water meter for this plant. The representative of the industry informed that they have once done the trial run for the automatic Zinc Plant and effluent generated from this is lying in the tanks of automatic Zinc Plating Plant along-with collection tank.</span></p>

The industry has yet not lifted any effluent to the CETP operator. </span></p>

During visit, Continuous heat treatment furnace was not in operation during visit. </span></p>

During visit this section was not in operation.</span></p>

During visit this section was in operation.</span></p>
