The industry has not submitted application form fee. The industry has applied under orange category i.e Dry cell battery (excluding manufacturing of electrodes) and assembling & charging of acid lead battery on micro scale. However, as per project report industry is not a micro scale unit hence is not covered under orange category. Hence, your application is being returned hereby with request to re-submit the application after attending the above said observations/in-completions</span>.’</em></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo3; tab-stops: 66.05pt; margin: 0cm 29.95pt .0001pt 67.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%;">As per the representative the industry will be engaged in battery assembly and charging and no recycling/smelting of lead will be carried out at site.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent: 0cm; line-height: 150%; tab-stops: 66.05pt; margin: 0cm 29.95pt .0001pt 67.5pt;"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-tab-count: 3;"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the application for consent to establish (NOC) may be refused please due to above said short-comings.</span></p>
