<p class="MsoNormal">It is submitted that centralized control panel/cabin has been installed for controlling/synchronizing all operation of HMP. The unit was not in operation during visit, the representative of the HMP informed that fine dust arrested by wet scrubber and collected in the re-circulation water tank is filled in low lying area in the HMP premises. The HMP has provided single row of plantation at the HMP, for additional plantation condition may be imposed. The HMP has not obtained authorization under HOWM Rules, 2016 for HW of Cat 5.1 i.e. Used oil.</p>
